1. General Policy
At Luckytatto.ai, we are committed to providing a powerful and seamless AI tattoo design service. Our products are digital in nature, and their value is delivered and consumed instantly upon purchase.
Because of this, all payments made for subscriptions or credits on Luckytatto.ai are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as explicitly outlined in Section 6 of this policy.
2. Subscriptions
2.1 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, annually) unless cancelled by you before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
2.2 Cancellation by User
When you cancel a subscription, you prevent future charges. You will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current, already-paid-for billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for any unused time remaining in your subscription period.
2.3 Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades
If you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, the new plan will take effect immediately, and billing will adjust accordingly. We do not provide prorated refunds for downgrades.
2.4 Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions for any violation of our [Terms of Use]. In such events, refunds will not be issued.
3. Credits & One-Time Purchases
Credits or any other one-time purchases are considered delivered and consumed once they are added to your account. As such, they are strictly non-refundable. Please ensure any credits are used before they expire.
Expired credits cannot be restored, refunded, or exchanged.
4. Free Trials & Promotions
4.1 Conversion to Paid Subscription
If we offer a free trial, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period. You will be billed at the standard rate unless you cancel your subscription through your account settings before the trial period ends.
4.2 User Responsibility
It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your free trial if you do not wish to be charged. We may send a reminder email before your trial ends, but are not obligated to do so.
5. EU/UK Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you typically have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days.
However, when you purchase a subscription or credits from us, you explicitly consent to the immediate commencement of the service. You acknowledge that by doing so, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, as the digital service is provided to you in full immediately.
6. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds
While all payments are non-refundable, we may, at our sole discretion, grant refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Billing Errors: Verifiable duplicate charges for the same service.
- Service Not Delivered: You paid for a subscription or credits, but due to a verifiable technical fault on our end, they were never added to your account.
- Critical Technical Failures: A core feature of the service you paid for was completely non-functional for an extended period, and our support team was unable to provide a solution.
Refunds will not be granted for disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure events.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
